Shipping & Delivery Policy (6th July 2025)

At AttractionMatrix.com, we offer training programs conducted both online (digital courses) and offline (in-person sessions). This policy outlines how we deliver our services to you.
1. Online Training Delivery
- Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive:
- Instant access to digital courses (if applicable) via your registered email/account.
- Login credentials or links to access the training portal.
- For live online sessions (webinars/classes), details (Zoom/MS Teams links, schedules) will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp at least 24-48 hours prior.
- Technical requirements (internet speed, software) for accessing online training are the user’s responsibility.
2. Offline Training (In-Person Sessions)
- For offline training programs:
- The venue, date, and time will be communicated via email/SMS/WhatsApp after booking.
- Any changes/cancellations will be notified 72 hours in advance.
- Travel, accommodation, or other logistics for attending offline sessions are not included unless explicitly stated.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Pre-recorded courses: within 24 hrs to access after payment confirmation.
- Live sessions: Scheduled as per the communicated timetable.
- Offline workshops: Dates confirmed post-registration (subject to minimum participants).
4. Refunds & Rescheduling
- If a session is postponed by AttractionMatrix.com, users will be offered a new date or a refund.
- No refunds for user-initiated cancellations (unless covered under the Refund Policy)
- Missed live sessions may not be rescheduled unless due to technical faults from our end.
