Cancellation & Refund Policy (6th July 2025)

We, value our students, customers, clients and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within specified timeline after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• We accept cancellation requests only by e-mail from the registered email id along with proper payment details such as, date, amount, transaction id & screenshot etc.

• specified timeline: Within 10 days including (Saturday, Sunday & bank holiday, from the date of payment or starting of the course, training whichever is later.

• Refund will be processed within 7 to 10 Working days from the date of receipt of cancellation request by email.

• No Refund will be processed for the 1 day or 2 days Foundation class or Masterclass conducted on Zoom / MS teams / Google meet or any other Video meet platform.
